“I have worked with Elaine for over five years and know her to be a true champion for young children and their families. Her knowledge and experience in the field of infant and early childhood mental health is a huge asset for our community. She has assisted our organization with both planning and facilitation for a community-wide conversation focused on needs and solutions in infant and early childhood mental health. Her leadership skills are guiding our organization towards the development of community-driven approaches to systems change in infant and early childhood mental health.”

The Mirror, Model, Manage training was both engaging and insightful during our Program-wide Preservice.. The trainer created a space that encouraged us to reflect on our own practices while also providing practical strategies we can use right away in the classroom. The teachers left the session with new tools to support both their personal growth and their work in the classroom supporting children and families. This training not only challenged us to think deeply about our role but also inspired the teachers to model positive practices and manage with confidence.

“The session very informative overall, I was able to learn some points regarding how I nurture children in response to how I grew up, that connection never occurred to me”---Anonymous - Training Participant
